The spot was perfect, within walking distance of Spagna and a short stroll to the Trevi Fountain, Roman ruins, and the Colosseum, letting you hit your 10k steps daily. V is central for food, shopping, and sightseeing, and a 10‑minute cab ride gets you to the Vatican.

Many aspects were perfect: the explanations for a late arrival, the location, the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and rooms that looked new, and the quality of housekeeping. The breakfast was “standard” quality with few options, and on Sunday we arrived late for breakfast and there were almost no pastries left.
