The staff were very friendly and the place offered good value for its location. However, the check‑in and service were handled by the adjacent hotel. To reach my room I had to open and lock a gate, pass through a door to the “original” reception, and then enter the room. The Montreal is clearly not a 3‑star hotel because there is no service or staff, at least under that brand.

The bedding was comfortable, the place was clean, it was close to the train station, and breakfast was included. The street was noisy, and the décor felt rather old.

The location was good, close to train, bus, metro, and within walking distance of several major monuments. The breakfast was very limited, only two types of cold cuts, no hot dishes besides coffee, and overall variety was scarce.

The location is great, just a short walk from Termini station, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned daily, the sheets were fresh, and the towels were changed. The street traffic outside the window was noisy, and the room felt a bit dark even with the blinds open.
