The jacuzzi and the bed were great. I found a dildo in the side drawer 10 minutes after check‑in, told the staff, and all they could say was “I’m sorry.” Later that night, after returning from exploring town at 10:00, the toilet had overflowed and water covered the bathroom floor; I told the staff, and she brought a custodian who cleaned it up, but then accused us of having a third person in the room—very rude and unprofessional. I told the manager the next morning and he dismissed it.
