Breakfast was really good and I recommend it, but the bathroom needs renovation; old fittings and patchwork give a bad impression, and ongoing civil work starts at 7 am, which is disturbing.

The price was steep for the room size and amenities, and I booked a 3‑bedroom but paid the full amount even though only two people stayed. Service was subpar, with food or any room request taking 15‑20 minutes and often requiring multiple calls. Plus, VIT Vellore is a long way away, making the commute a hassle.
