“A refaire”
The staff were kind, the room had a balcony with a lake view, dinner on the terrace was good, and the breakfast was also excellent.

The location is great and the view is stunning, but the rooms feel cold and impersonal.
“Ein traumhafter Ort , am Bodensee Urlaub zu machen und zu entspannen.”
Das Frühstück war sehr gut , vorallem auch die Pancakes für die Kinder , ein Traum. Lachs und Sekt wäre eine nette Ergänzung gewesen. DiecTerrassenplätze zum Frühstücken sind auch sehr schön und mit Aussicht. Das Abendessen war sehr sehr gut für Erwachsene und Kinder - lange nicht mehr so gut gegessen. Die Lage, die Parkplätze sehr gut und vorallen in den oberen Stockwerken die traumhafte Aussicht auf den Bodensee. Die Panoramasuite für unsere 4 Personen war unvorstellbar schön und sehr luxuriös und geräumig. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Das Schwimmbad war recht kalt und leider ohne Aussicht. Im Saunabereich haben wir normale Duschen mit warmem Wasser vermisst

The view from the restaurant level is nice, yet the bathroom had black mold, spider webs in the hallway, old fixtures, and the mattress was very soft.
