The staff were very competitive, and the atmosphere was good, especially the parking.

I checked into Grandeur Hotel on September 3 and checked out on September 4, 2026. During that stay, I forgot my phone stand in the room. I returned on October 9, 2026, to check in again because I genuinely like the hotel and I am a regular guest. This time, I was hoping for a good experience and thought my phone stand would have been kept by them. Upon check-in, Mr. Hani, who checked us in, was informed that we had forgotten the item before. He checked the system and told us he would check with the housekeeping team and get back to us. But he never did. Later around 8 PM, we went down and asked again for any update. An Indian lady staff member told us the same thing—that they would get back to us. So we waited. At checkout, we asked Mr. Hani again. He told us the same thing—he would check with housekeeping again. We waited for around 30 minutes in the lobby. Later, Mr. Hani said it was not there with them and told us he doesn't have it. I asked him what the procedure is for lost and found items, but he kept saying it was not there. He assumed I was the one lying—he pretended I was asking for something that was never there. The way he spoke with me as a guest was really unprofessional, and he clearly doesn't care about the hotel's reviews at all. He even removed his name badge and showed it on my face when I mentioned putting his name in a review. Why can't they inform the guest at the same time that the item was not in lost and found? Why can't they clearly clarify with a regular guest? How will they make returning guests come back to the hotel after an experience like this? This was really bad and not acceptable at all. I will also make a review and all the platforms regarding the staff behavior of your hotel
