I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, but I felt that the staff members lacked experience, which impacted the overall service. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's prime location.

The staff at the reception, particularly Saeed and Ahmed, were very helpful and provided excellent service. The housekeeping team was also supportive during my stay. However, I found the property's proximity to certain Baghdad locations and the Karada inner safe box to be a bit concerning, despite the secure and good security measures in place.
