The staff were very friendly, but the maintenance was terrible and the rooms weren’t ready for guests.

“A very bad experience.”

It was close to the area I needed to visit for the weekend and reasonably priced, but the facility was poorly maintained. The lobby had furniture with stained cushions, the parking lot was overgrown with weeds, trash, and a vehicle had been sitting on a jack in front of my room for a while. The room was very dated and unclean; the furniture had not been moved or cleaned in a long time. The box spring had stains on the top and sides, and the bathroom was clearly dated and unsanitary, as seen in the tile and sealant work in the shower. Overall, a very bad experience—I couldn’t stay in the room and had to book another place down the road.

“Günstige einfache Unterkunft”

Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by the strong smell of smoke emanating from the room, which was clearly a smoking room despite being labeled as non-smoking.

“Would not stay at this location again”

While the hotel's location was convenient, my stay was ultimately disappointing due to a number of issues. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the carpets were stained and worn. There were also very few towels in the room, and the mirrors were streaked with grime. To add insult to injury, the handicap parking spots were taken up by workers from out of town, leaving no space for guests with disabilities.

“Should be shut down by the health department”

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to leave, and it was a nightmare from there. The room was dirty, the door wouldn't close, and the air conditioning and heating didn't work. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, and I ended up leaving early the next morning. When I tried to get a refund, no one was available at the lobby, and I had to call the booking platform, but they haven't processed it yet.
