The room comfort and facilities were excellent, and everything else met my expectations.

A small hotel with a lovely setting where rooms surround a beautiful garden. The room décor is classic/Mexican. Overall tidy and clean, staff friendly and speak good English, good neighbourhood, street parking available. Massages can be booked there, and they were very pleasant. One room faced the courtyard where staff were already busy from 7 am, which we could hear (doors/voices). This happened while they claim quiet from 22 u‑8 u. In one room they forgot to lay towels (quickly fixed) and some were made of synthetic material that doesn’t dry well.

Very bad… they took my phone number and threatened us all night… from the reception or the ruffians… we won’t book again and I do NOT RECOMMEND THE STAFF, VERY DISAPPOINTING, WE GAVE IT ONE DAY BEFORE.

I loved the place, it’s very cozy with lots of green areas and the jacuzzi is great with that garden view, and the stone massage we received my niece and I was very thorough. The room was amazing. It’s a place to escape the city and feel absolute relaxation and tranquility. The food prices are a bit high for the quantity received. The shower needs replacement, because even though it’s large, the water flow is weak.
