Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were five‑star. Parking was right outside the room. The TV was huge! I’m 62 years old, and I have to say it’s in my top three ever!

The Best Western of Harbor Springs is a conveniently located hotel, less than 5 minutes' drive from Harbor Springs Airport and 9 minutes' drive from Boyne Highlands ski area. Breakfast was great but required a long walk outside. The breakfast eating area was too small and crowded.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the complimentary continental breakfast was updated and very clean.

The price was reasonable and the staff were friendly; the breakfast was great for a hotel of this class, especially the scrambled eggs and ham, but the pillows offered no support and the room was very dark even with the lights on. We stayed for 5 nights and I thought they should at least change the sheets once.
