The bed linen and bath items were clean, the breakfast was fine, and I liked the location near where I would take the exam and close to the Rodoanel. However, the hotel seemed to have had better days; during my stay I noticed the elevators didn't work, and room 1004, where I stayed, was spacious but poorly utilized, had no window screens (mosquitoes flew in as soon as we entered), a uncomfortable bed that looked like a split box with two single beds tied together and a gap in the mattress, constant door slamming and other indistinct noises in the hallway at any time, and my room was next to a spot that I think served as a support or DML for housekeeping staff, so I heard noise too. The shower was normal but the box was leaking. I arrived in the middle of the night, left my car on the street in front of the hotel, and I don't think there was on-site parking or if there was it wasn't explained.
