I wound up booking the first room that was given to us; the second room that was given to us had dead cockroaches. I was told by the evening employee I would be fully refunded because of the conditions, and I am still fighting with the property owner to get my money back. I will be contacting corporate.

The location and the price were good, but it was just not very clean.

The lady who works the evening shift is amazing; she should get a raise. She's always helpful and super sweet, giving the hotel a comfortable feel from the start. In the morning, the staff run away from customers, refusing to help and just moving to the back; very poor business practice!
