The accommodation at Penzión Hron in Pohorelá exceeded my expectations in every way; the breakfast was excellent, and I owe thanks to the very friendly housekeeper who made my stay in this cozy guesthouse a pleasant experience. Breakfast was just basic but good and enough before the mountain hike. A bit better soundproofing between neighboring rooms would be helpful.
