My recent stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room and washroom were not up to par in terms of cleanliness, which was quite disappointing. The hotel's online photos made the property appear to be a 5-star establishment, but the reality fell far short of that expectation. To make matters worse, I felt that the hotel took advantage of me by charging extra for something that didn't quite live up to its promises.

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff who consistently provided excellent service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at home. However, the hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was a bit spotty at times, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's efforts to ensure my comfort and satisfaction more than made up for it.
