The spot is in a great area and the staff are friendly, but it feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are cozy but basic, and the two small shared bathrooms only have cold water—though the pressure is surprisingly strong. I stayed just one night, slept fine, and even enjoyed the chilly showers, but the cash‑only policy was a surprise.

Helena was kind and thoughtful, and the rooftop was a nice spot to catch some sun. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The place is super cozy and the location is convenient for getting around. From the moment you arrive you feel at home; Doña Helena is an excellent host who treats you like family. I hope to come back soon.

The double room was clean, comfy, and had a fan. The hostel has spacious common areas and the host is very accommodating and friendly. The neighborhood is safe and lively, with a dance school, salsa bar, bakery, and a park for sunset views right nearby. Thanks for the warm welcome—we'll return.
