Nice house, pool table and darts for the kids, right across from the metro with private parking. But Guest Ready didn’t send anyone to fix the ceramic stove, and the first day they told us we weren’t even in the house (common when visiting a city). The next day they asked us to leave the key in the safe, yet no one ever came to repair it. The house wasn’t very clean either; responses were slow. The sofa cushions for the garden were missing… a shame, because the place is good; they should switch maintenance. We had to leave the food we’d bought for breakfast.

Everything was great. The photos matched the description. There’s private parking and the metro is right next to the house. We really liked it.

The house’s location is ideal. You can park your car behind a gate and the metro is opposite. The supermarket is a 5‑minute walk. The neighborhood is also fairly quiet. Communication was very bad. When we reported problems we felt like we were being sent from the box to the wall. Also there’s a lot of deferred maintenance and the cleaning could be better.
