Everything was great – the location isn’t in the middle of tourist crowds but close enough, a bus stop and a 5‑minute walk to the metro, good shopping and many nice restaurants nearby, very clean and stylish. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was a disappointment and shouldn’t be advertised as included.

The place was excellent and everything was close—restaurants, tourist spots, all within the hotel complex. There was no staff present, so if you arrive after 5:00 pm you have to pay a 30‑euro fine, which is weird. I was really upset because I booked a stay with breakfast, but there was no breakfast—just a drink and one croissant, which annoyed me.

The hotel sits right in the city centre, but there was no front desk at all and the housekeeping hours were completely inconvenient.
