There’s no hotel coffee shop, but there’s an attached third‑party café with good options, all in the “American” style breakfast; the rooms are spacious and the staff very helpful, and it’s located on the Mag Mile, super well situated. A breakfast with more options would be nice, but it didn’t ruin the stay.

The location was great, but the breakfast quality was poor; I was served cold eggs and weak coffee, which was disappointing!

Many reviews seemed a bit harsh—parts of the room are dated or need a little repair, but it was clean and very spacious. I also appreciated a free checkout at 12 pm.

The location was okay, though a bit far from the more desirable spots, and walking around we saw better options for future stays. Our first room was dirty and we found a large spider in it; the furniture was very old and beat up, and none of the plugs worked near the bed. We switched to another room that was cleaner and had working plugs, but my daughter was bitten by spiders in her bed twice. The furniture was again old and beat up.
