The staff were nice, but my partner and I were covered in bed‑bug bites all over us— the mattress even had bug poop on it!

For the price, this place is perfect: clean, a huge TV, a great spot near everything, and the staff are friendly. It’s not a 5‑star hotel, but it’s absolutely great for regular travelers.

Breakfast was awful, though the location was good. The room was average and the toilet seat was broken. Breakfast only offered small, self‑made waffles without syrup, no measuring cup to size them right, and cold cereal that was very disappointing.

The place had a terrible smell, the facilities were poorly maintained, and when we finally entered the room the odor was unbearable. We requested a cancellation, were told it would be processed and promised a refund, but to date we have not received any follow‑up.
