The location is great and the staff are friendly, but the Bar del Duomo where we were supposed to have breakfast included in the room price was closed!
The rooms and the setting are excellent, just under 5 minutes from the Duomo.
The staff were kind and helpful; in a rush I booked the wrong room and there was no extra bed for my child, but they fixed it immediately without any fuss, very courteous.
Clean, quiet and just a short walk from the attractions, with free parking nearby, but ladies would appreciate a disposable shower head.
“Bella struttura in centro, peccato per la pulizia della stanza.”
Central building, great spot, but the cleanliness was lacking, the room was dusty and full of mosquitoes—probably the balcony had been left open for a while despite the air conditioning.
