“abbastanza deludente”

The location was good, and we could have breakfast at pastry shops just a few meters away. The cleaning was terrible; after the first night no staff came at all. The sink was clogged and lacked maintenance, the filters were crusted, the roller box was missing, and the furnishings were minimal—there was no luggage rack or mirror.

The room was clean and modern. The lady never came down to greet us, she shouted from above that we had to go to the top floor, and she didn’t show us where to go. When we went up alone, the lady was barefoot, with no shoes or socks, completely exposed feet. The location is far from the center.

“Il signore e veramente un angelo, una persona dolcissima e super disponibile . Edificio in ristrutturazione ma le camere”

Everything was fine. Nothing to add.

“Posizione e pulizia eccellenti, ma servizi da migliorare e prezzo un po' alto per quello che offre.”

The property is in an excellent spot for visiting Verona and is only 30‑40 minutes from Gardaland. The apartment was very clean and the staff were truly helpful. However, it is on the third floor with no elevator, the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room, and the price‑quality ratio is a bit high for what it offers. Additionally, the tourist tax can only be paid in cash, which is inconvenient if you don’t have cash on hand.

I had a terrible mattress, the reception staff was unhelpful, and I had to climb three flights of stairs to reach the third‑floor room in a community building. The balcony windows didn’t close properly—only the top part stayed open—so the AC unit on the balcony couldn’t cool the room at all, and the constant traffic on the road made it impossible to rest.
