The staff were friendly, especially the front‑desk officer who arranged our train tickets. Trains were fully booked, but he worked hard to secure seats for us. Thank you! The room was nice, with a balcony offering a spectacular view of the mountains. The hotel’s location was great, and the riverbank was close enough to hop on a boat trip. One of us booked a paramotor flight – an amazing experience. We loved everything about this hotel, but a young salesgirl at the small shop opposite tried to scam us with inflated prices. She was caught immediately but refused to admit anything and tried to dodge the situation by claiming she didn’t understand what we were talking about. She also tried to cheat a man buying a water bottle, demanding ten times the price! I warned the man about the scammer and he didn’t buy the bottle.

Great hospitality and atmosphere. Gentelman at the reception was smiling and helpful all the time. He helped us organize a paramotor flight, which took place a few hours later. We had organized transport to the train without any problems. We received a comprehensive and helpful answer to each question. The room is very big, clean and cozy. The view from the room was stunning! In the center, very close to all restaurants, night market. I will definitely be back!
