“Schöne Unterkunft mit Shoppings und Restaurant Möglichkeiten”

Top location, nice rooms with good equipment, great fitness center, and free laundry; however, a deposit had to be paid, which wasn’t mentioned in the description or anywhere else, and the staff—especially those on the floor—weren’t very welcoming.

The location and cleanliness were good, but my family wanted more variety of ready‑to‑go food in the store.

“Sub par”

The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was clean and adequate, with minimal noise. However, several staff members seemed undertrained and unhelpful, their attitude about their work was sub‑par. I bought Lysol wipes from the shop listed at $2.00, only to see a $4.00 charge on my bill when I got home. The front‑desk staff who checked me out were not proficient with the computer.

“Good value, very comfortable”

The beds are comfortable, and the kitchenette and supplies are nice. It’s good value, pretty clean, and offers a nice view. It’s close to main roads, shopping, and restaurants, and there are adorable bunnies on and near the property. However, there were many policies and amenities that weren’t explained at check‑in, which would have been helpful to know. I also found a bandaid behind the bed.

“Facilities quite adequate but booking/reservation process needs to be upgraded.”

Location and cleanliness. The original booking was for 2 rooms where the sleeping facilities (beds) were separated from the rest of the room (kitchen, TV, and bathroom). We were assigned the studio suites instead where the kitchen/beds were combined and I was unable to make changes as the facility was fully booked. The sleep habits of my wife and myself are quite different. She is an early sleeper who requires complete quite and darkness while I prefer to watch TV and go to bed quite late. Not having the separate rooms in the suite adversely impacted our stay. My original booking shows a reservation with the separate rooms. I am not sure but I believe that I paid the rate for the upgraded rooms but was assigned the studio suite instead. Same situation for the second room that I booked for our children/grandchildren
