“Solo hospedaje no comida”
The room was clean and comfortable, but cramped. The location is perfect if you’re heading to the fair or the airport. The staff were very friendly; I asked for one extra pillow and they brought two to the room. When we arrived, the hotel’s common areas looked very dirty, and we were at reception when our feet stuck to the floor; the hallways had no pleasant scent. You can only eat at the restaurant because nothing nearby is available, and the food was awful. The buffet had too few pinchas per dish, and for people with dietary restrictions the traces crossed all over. We had half‑board because we read that nothing was close by, so I sent several messages asking if we could have dinner in the room after a long trip, arriving around 00:00, and paying any extra. No one answered, not even with a yes or no, even though we had paid. The next day I didn’t even get breakfast, so I would have preferred to leave hungry and eat something at the airport at 13:00. Everything was weird; the staff were hard to identify because they weren’t uniformed, and I couldn’t tell if someone was a waiter or a guest.
