The property is beautiful with upscale furnishings and a fantastic large bathroom; it’s quiet, has a big parking lot and a small playground, and we borrowed bicycles so we could reach the beach and shops in 10 minutes. The breakfast, however, is advertised but really isn’t that good—there’s a tray in the room with prepacked cookies, two bowls of jam, water, and coffee pods, paper cups but no plates, even though there’s a nice built‑in kitchen; we ended up buying two cups and plates.

The place was gorgeous, right by the sea even though it’s on a slightly secluded street, very quiet, the room was large and well furnished, and the parking was ample—perfect for our needs. However, the breakfast didn’t meet expectations; everything was packaged, and the only coffee option was espresso pods—no tea, no yogurt, no milk (which they only brought when asked). That’s the sole flaw, but you can just skip the breakfast if you don’t want it included in the price.

We spent three nights at this farmhouse in Silvi Marina and were very happy. The property had just been renovated, the details were cared for, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any request. The location was great—about a 10‑minute walk to the waterfront. It’s a quiet, welcoming spot, ideal for relaxing. Highly recommended.

The room was spacious and clean, but the breakfast only offered coffee pods and packaged snacks. I’d suggest investing a bit more in the breakfast. The location is a bit off‑center, so you’ll need a car to get around.
