The location was spot‑on with Arrowhead Mall, Midwestern, and a bunch of eateries nearby; bagel variety at breakfast was plenty and the staff were genuinely friendly, but the shower water was barely warm.

I enjoyed the vibe and the spot, yet the breakfast lineup missed scrambled eggs or a waffle maker, turkey sausage or bacon.

The room lacked a microwave, coffee pot, cups, and an ice bucket; shampoo and body wash were gone, outlets oddly placed, the main‑room AC failed, the balcony had no furniture, and the bedroom TV was hidden behind the door.

The team was friendly, the amenities were solid, the coffee/tea bar and bottled water were nice extras, and breakfast was passable—nothing flashy but fine; however, a hot shower was essential, and the water was only lukewarm at best.
