The spot was spot-on for what we wanted, and the hotel itself was spotless; however, for the brief stay the room was lacking— the mini fridge was broken, the TV didn’t work, and the room phone was dead, which forced us to call the front desk. We had to complain at 11 pm about the noisy guests in the room above us, who were like a herd of elephants; the manager acknowledged the issue, saying “Oh, yes, there’s like 10 people in that room,” and after about an hour things calmed down, giving us a few hours of sleep before an early morning wake‑up.

The ratings I gave were the highest across every category, and they served a fantastic breakfast; the bar area was cozy, there were plenty of outdoor seats, and the pool and gym were solid.

The breakfast was decent, but I wasn’t a fan of the dogs in the breakfast area—they made it feel unhygienic.
