The TV wouldn’t turn on, so I called for help; the person who arrived seemed clueless, then said he’d return in an hour but never did.

I asked for a waffle for my granddaughter, but the chef said he couldn’t make one. Everyone needs to know beforehand that the hotel is under construction; the room I received had no bathtub, even though it was advertised as a presidential suite with a garden tub. I also requested that my daughter and I stay on the same floor, but they placed us on the 6th floor because the door key wouldn’t work.

The location is great and we’ve stayed here many times; it’s our go‑to when we’re in Bowling Green. The staff did a fantastic job trying to accommodate us despite the major hotel renovation underway. Still, there was a lot of confusion everywhere because of the construction.
