The room was tiny, the beds were awful with springs poking everywhere, the wardrobe was dusty inside, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling; to top it off, a machine noise made it impossible to sleep, though the staff were incredibly kind.

The hotel’s location, the parking spot, the varied breakfast, the spa area, and the friendly staff were all positives, but the décor needs refreshing and the dinner lacked variety, especially in the starters and desserts.

The buffet dinner, the tasty and plentiful breakfast, the spa, attentive staff, and Silvia’s entertaining and cheerful performance were all great, but the room—especially the bathroom—needs updating and the pillows are too soft.

The location and the spa were good, but the spa had nothing to do with the hotel’s facilities; the room and the food were disappointing.

The food was great, the staff very friendly, the common areas spacious, and the rooms nice, but the spa was pricey and required a (very short) slot reservation in advance; the sauna, listed as inclusive, cost extra. I had booked the hotel hoping to relax in the sauna after long hikes, but that didn’t happen. The beds were quite hard.
