The staff were excellent, the food was very good, and they made you feel at home.
The staff work hard to provide good service. On the last day we couldn’t sleep, not because of the hotel but because of the area it’s in; loud music played all night.
Nelson’s service was great. The distance was the only downside.

The accommodation offers good value for money; when we stayed, the hotel was still renovating and improving its facilities, the common areas were fine, and they gave us enough fans since there’s still no air conditioning, but water, light, and Wi‑Fi worked without problems. It’s well‑located, about 5 to 15 minutes from all places. Don Nelson was very helpful and set up a kiddie pool for us to beat the heat on arrival. Some things are very worn and need maintenance, like the stove, the sink that dripped, and other small items that required upkeep but didn’t bother the stay. Because the hotel is in the island’s centre, it’s not a windy area, so the heat feels intense and the thermal sensation is higher.
