The room was cramped, the AC was broken and didn’t cool; the remote control for the AC didn’t work either. Many items were broken and hadn’t been fixed in years—like the inner door chain lock missing the metal piece for the chain to slide into. The carpets were filthy, the staff were ???, and the breakfast was cold.

The stay was absolutely terrible! It is very dirty, unsafe and the staff were rude, all around awful experience! I booked a two bed room for my family of 5 and they gave us a one king bed room. He claimed I did not book two beds but I have the confirmation that I did in fact book that

The microwave didn’t work and they didn’t serve breakfast on the last day.

The price was reasonable, but the beds were hard and every pillow turned out to be feathered even though the staff claimed none were in the room.

Parking was plenty and the location was good, yet the handicapped room I booked had no outlet near the bed for my CPAP, and the front desk offered only an 18‑inch power strip, treating my request as unreasonable.
