Located 200 metres from Paraty's historic centre, Pousada Sonho Meu features Colonial design, free Wi-Fi, and a buffet breakfast. The Paraty Wharf is 400 metres away, and parking is available nearby. Air-conditioned rooms have cable HD TVs, fans, and bathrooms with tiled floors. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, and the Paraty bus station is 200 metres away.

The location is fine and breakfast is decent, yet the room lacked ventilation, the AC unit made noise, linens weren't changed for five nights, mosquitoes were so many I had to keep the room closed all the time, and the Wi‑Fi was poor.

The location is great, just a few blocks from the historic centre, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good with fresh fruit, juices, and lovely cakes, but the windows don’t close and only have wooden shutters so it’s noisy.

The inn is beautiful and everything is very clean, the staff were very pleasant, and they even let us take a shower in the afternoon after checking out because we had a late night bus to São Paulo.

The whole team was very helpful and friendly, the location is excellent—close to the historic centre, restaurants, shops, markets, and pharmacies—and I received a gift from Antonio, a paddle that symbolizes Paraty, which I unfortunately left in the room when I checked out. Parking in front of the inn is a challenge if you arrive by car, but with patience and care it will work out.
