The staff were extremely kind and polite, explaining the facilities and how to leave by car, and I had no complaints.

It was cheap and comfortable, but the fridge contained a previous guest's drinks and the unit bath smelled like sewage.
It was great to be able to use the on‑sen, but I was disappointed to find hair in the bathroom, and the bed sheets and duvet had blood stains, which bothered me; with a large party we also could have used extra rolls of toilet paper.

There is a bus terminal nearby, but the large bath was crowded, there was no shaving cream, and it was a bit expensive.
