“Disappointing, Poor customer service, over priced for what you experience”

The room was great, amazing view and comfy bed. The experience felt very clinical. I was pressured before arriving to spend more on upgrades, something I’ve never seen at a 5‑star before, and it kept happening during our five‑day stay. Service was patchy at best, with a clear lack of customer‑service skills. Nobody seemed to know our names even after five days. For the price, the experience was very disappointing, so I would not recommend or return. Other hotels that focus on memorable experiences could learn a thing or two.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location good for those who like a beach/city feel. Overpriced rooms. Not great value for the price. Noisy. Limited room service and everything in-house was expensive even for a premium hotel

“The hotel and hotel staff were amazing! Haven needs some work”

The Mondrian was great and Penny was amazing! The facilities and room were beautiful and the staff in the hotel were really great and helpful. The cleaners didn't speak English, so they were hard to communicate with. Also this doesn't technically have anything to do with the hotel stay, however we had a lunch at Haven. The food was fine, however the staff were quite rude, not all the staff, all the ladies we dealt with were amazing, however the men, were rude and made us feel like a burden and we definitely didn't have the experience we thought we would.
