The hotel is situated in one of Riyadh's most upscale neighborhoods, just a stone's throw away from major tourist attractions like the Boulevard, Wadi, and Wonder Garden.
The hotel had some great facilities and was in a fantastic location

The Family Double Room includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and kitchenware, and it is wheelchair‑accessible. Sleeping arrangements comprise three beds and a crib, accommodating up to four guests. Climate control is provided by air conditioning, and the bathroom offers a walk‑in shower, a separate bathtub and a roll‑in shower. A seating area with a flat‑screen TV, a hot tub and a fireplace add extra comfort.

A private balcony and a hot‑tub extend the suite’s living area, while a fireplace adds a warm focal point. The layout includes a separate bedroom with one bed, a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and kitchenware). Two private bathrooms feature walk‑in showers and free toiletries, and the suite is air‑conditioned, fitted with a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and a washing machine. The Executive Suite sleeps three guests, with extra beds and a crib available on request.

The location was right where I needed to be and the Wi‑Fi was solid and reliable. The apartment could use a small facelift, and the wall‑mounted desk in the room was a little wobbly.

The location was excellent – quiet, the disabled parking spot was perfectly placed, cleanliness earned a perfect ten, and the Bein sports channels were available; on the downside, the phone at reception never worked so I couldn’t reach the front desk from my room, the staff member’s reminder about checkout was really annoying – it would have been better to tell me the time when I got the key – and the snack plate and water were hidden away instead of being put in an obvious spot.
