The location was good, but the mattresses were terrible, the pillows and sheets were the worst quality, the towel was tiny and super thin, the room smelled strongly of cigarette; when I asked the staff for a disinfectant or fresh air, he laughed at me.

The only good thing was the location; everything else was awful: bad bed, moldy room, rusty fridge, bathroom without a mop, no floor cloth, bed sheet smelling of mold, hard pillow, and there was no water in the plumbing.

The location and value for money were fine, yet the place looked dirty and it was very hot.

I couldn't even stay; when I arrived the place was horrible, strangers told me no smoking but there were people smoking weed; I rented for my husband, me, and our three kids, and they showed me a terrible room with a single bed and claimed another was not ready at 4pm, so I left with nobody, the place felt abandoned, and I want a refund; I don't know how the app allows such horrible stays.
