Very clean and close to business spots, the room’s minimalist design made it feel more spacious, the rooms smelled clean and the corners were dust‑free, there’s a restaurant in the same building, and every staff member—from security guards to front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping—was courteous and helpful; I’ll definitely return.

They provided airport transfers, the shower water was hot with good pressure, there was a Chinese restaurant next door, the air‑conditioning was cool, and the staff were eager to help, even assisting with a lost‑wallet problem.

The place was clean, well managed, and the staff were helpful; it’s close to SM‑Mall where you can find everything, including many restaurants. The only downside was the lack of coffee or tea facilities, and a small fridge would have been nice.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a lovely touch of free candy in the lobby, but unfortunately, the air-conditioning was a bit too chilly for my taste. On the plus side, the free airport shuttle and complimentary Jollibee breakfast were a great bonus, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, I encountered some issues with the Wi-Fi, and the massages were quite pricey.
