Hotel O Crown Square

“Awesome price and awesome staff”

I was really impressed with the hotel's location and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The only thing that would have made our experience even better was a few more amenities in the room.

I was really disappointed when the hotel refused to let us check in, despite having confirmed our booking in advance. The initial excitement of our trip quickly turned into frustration and confusion. We were left waiting for hours, unsure of what was happening or when we would finally be able to access our room.

“Very very very very very very very bad”

My stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. After waiting for four hours without being given a room, we were asked to pay even more money, which was unacceptable. When I finally complained to the support team, they provided us with a dirty room that lacked basic facilities and told us to cancel the rest of our booking. To make matters worse, the hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful.

“My lovely experience”

I had an absolutely fantastic time at this hotel, with a spacious room that had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of local attractions and amenities within walking distance. I was so impressed with the hotel that I'm already planning my next visit - it's definitely a place I'll be returning to.
