The rooms were very clean and modern, the staff were friendly, and the grassy fenced dog area was a nice touch. All the pillows were quite firm; a few softer ones would be appreciated.

It offered good value in Bend, a town that tends to be pricey because of its lively outdoor scene. The front desk manager was friendly and helpful and upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost.
