DoubleTree by Hilton Carson

“Great place to stay at”

Spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly; nothing else stood out.

When I checked in I was handed a key that didn’t work, so I called the front desk and they told me to come back down to get a replacement instead of sending someone up; I hauled all my bags back down and waited in line again for over 30 minutes, then received a second key that also failed, forcing me to line up again for 10 minutes, which caused me to be late to my event. No reasonable accommodation was offered.

“el personal excelente , todos , sin embargo lleva más fama que su calidad”

The furniture was good, but the cleaning was neither good nor detailed.

“Great staff, great location. Could use some upgrades”

The location was spot on and the staff were friendly, but we found ants crawling up the desk and into the beds. After we reported it, they switched us to another room, which unfortunately leaked under the bathroom sink. 😕

“Christine is. Wonderful awesome person”

Christine is a genuinely wonderful person and totally deserves a raise; the food was fantastic, especially the wings which were absolutely bomb.
