The place is in a great spot, though the breakfast selection is limited but still tasty, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The hotel is clean, located in the center of Pereira with plenty of shops around. The staff are generally polite and the breakfast feels homemade, though the fruit selection could be better—only a small slice of watermelon was offered. The power went out and we were left in total darkness with no elevator service; for the price, at least the common areas like hallways, social area, and elevator should have backup lighting. The staff seemed a bit careless; when I was leaving, no one was there to hand me the keys and TV remote, the reception was empty, and only after a while did someone approach me to ask what I needed, to whom I handed over the items. I couldn’t even check out because they said they had no system. It feels like they’re not attentive to guests’ needs.
