Great location, the space is right for four people, and the bathroom is comfortable. There were issues with the cleanliness of the sheets, but the owner fixed it the next morning. The paid elevator is inconvenient.

You have to load 10‑cent coins to use the building elevator, and that should be warned about well in advance because it’s not always easy to get them. The sheer poverty of charging that fee is outrageous.

I visit Naples at least once a year, and this B&B is definitely the best. It has all the conveniences nearby, right in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, with a minimarket and tobacco shop under the street, and it’s quiet day and night. The room is very spacious and fully equipped. The owner is very helpful and kind. Truly an impeccable stay.

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in for this price. Clean, spacious, light room with a large en‑suite and in a fantastic position (in the buzzy Quartieri Spagnoli), and a short walk to the Toledo metro station. A large comfy bed, and a good desk to work from (I was there for work). Next time I return to Naples I will not stay anywhere else.

A very pleasant place, well organized, clean and spacious. The location is great, and the lively neighbourhood doesn’t disturb the sleep. I recommend it!
