The location was good, central. It was very cold at night; even with blankets we really froze. When we arrived we told staff that one of us was vegan, and she said no problem, they could handle it. At breakfast we received a banana instead of the promised bread, avocado, and tomatoes. Very disappointing.

The situation was exceptional. Everything was very clean. The staff were very polite and helped me get a taxi. The breakfast was very complete.

I was let in before the official check‑in time and the facilities matched the photos—plain, familiar vibes. When my bus to another town was delayed, the staff quickly found an alternative and let me wait at the reception until the new departure; everyone was very helpful. No complaints.

The hostel sits right next to the main tourist spots, and we were greeted immediately. They handed us all the info we needed, the place was spotless, towels, heater, shower all good. When we mentioned we'd be leaving before breakfast, they even packed a snack for us to take. Highly recommend.

The staff were completely disrespectful, stigmatizing and discriminating. I wouldn't recommend.
