I liked the beauty of the hotel and its location. The rooms aren’t very clean; my daughter spilled sugar and the cleaning lady never cleaned it, and there were many ants around the luggage. We had to carry the luggage ourselves, and we were left to walk around. The buffet never changes, the same dishes and same starters every day, and the bread is stale.

The pools and the proximity to the ocean are great, and it’s quiet at night. It’s a shame all the restaurants are buffets, including those that require reservations.

“Non vale ciò che si paga !!!!!!”

The room was huge, the bathroom was huge, and the balcony had a table—pretty nice. The location was excellent, surrounded by a lot of greenery, and the room stayed quiet even though they assigned us the one on the street side. The staff were small in number but the guys were exceptional and high quality! The kitchen was plentiful but low quality, and the pasta was almost non‑existent. In the room we found a curtain on the floor; we asked someone to fix it but no one did, so I had to do it myself. There were cockroaches in the room and instead of fixing it they left an anti‑cockroach spray on the table. For the All Inclusive price of 6 days I expected a lot more, especially since we travel 5 or 6 times a year and have stayed at better resorts for much cheaper. In short, we were dissatisfied.

The location and staff were very friendly and professional. The food was sometimes quite simple and not well cooked.
