The hotel's location is one of its best features - you can walk to the restaurants, bars, and beach without needing to take a taxi. The check-in staff were also very friendly. However, the daily cleaning was a bit of a letdown, and we had to ask for it to be done. There were also some issues with hot water and bugs, and the floor in our room and the corridors was coming up in some places.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived to find that the hotel had messed up my reservation, but they were really helpful in sorting out a new place for me to stay and getting my money back from Booking. They seemed to be taking the blame for the mistake, but they were still very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's staff were really good, but the facilities were a bit of a disaster. They were dirty and had a strong smell of sewage. It was a shame, because the staff were doing their best to make up for it.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location - it's right in the heart of the action, and the staff were super friendly too. They were always happy to help with any questions or requests I had. The only thing that let it down was the noise from the street outside, but that's not the hotel's fault.
