René was super friendly and the place is close to everything. The downside? The breakfast options were pretty limited.

The spot is right where you want it, and the breakfast feels like home. The only hiccup was having to pay on the spot and the Genius discount just didn’t work, plus the bathroom is a bit cramped. Still, the overall vibe was solid.
