The location was good, the staff were nice, and they let us check in early. The shower produced very little water and it was cold; the bed was tiny but comfortable; there was no mirror in the bedroom (only a tiny one in the bathroom); everything felt very old for the price, so I wouldn’t return.

The location and open spaces were fine. The rooms were very low quality, with terrible and sparse furniture; wool blankets or similar were impractical to keep clean; no ventilation; the bathroom lacked accessories for personal items; no TV.

Privacy and tranquility were excellent, and everyone on staff was very friendly. The room could use a bit more light; the shower drain is loose and almost falls out.

They moved us to a more decent room. The rooms are small, poorly lit, the bathrooms are old, and the outlets for charging devices are old (no three‑pin plug). It was dirty: I found a muffin under the bed, meaning they didn’t clean.

The staff were very attentive and kind, the facilities and gardens were beautiful. The bathroom smells like pipes; a trap needs to be installed at the elbow of the pipe because the odor persists, especially at night.
