“Loved my stay! Staff was amazing! Clean rooms, close to restaurants and shopping centers.”
The property was beautiful! Clean rooms, the facility was clean, and it’s close to the exit.
“Reasonable if not for issue noted”
The carpet in my room got soaked on one side because of an AC malfunction; no other rooms were free and the staff said they'd “try to get the manager to compensate some from the bill”, but I never heard anything further. At checkout they simply mentioned that it had been noted.
“Couldn't enjoy my shower”
The bathroom was in bad shape and the front lobby was also disappointing.
“It was a nice place and great experience.”
