The hotel’s location close to the metro is a major plus, letting you reach any part of the city quickly. Breakfast was good, the selection adequate; the beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned very well. Parking is available in a car park just five minutes away. In a classic style, you hand the key to the garage staff and they stash your car somewhere; it works fine, no issues! The surrounding area is pretty lively with many venues, and in the evenings you can find good dining nearby. On Saturday nights the place stays quite loud until almost midnight when the weather is warm and windows are open, but that didn’t bother us. In our room (604) the bathroom had a water damage, the ceiling and door frame show obvious marks, and the air in the room is cutting‑edge damp and musty even with the air‑conditioner running, which cannot be turned off or adjusted, by the way. That’s not something you should rent out, especially not as a 4‑star room, and it really needs a professional renovation first. The silicone seals are leaky and “grindy”, so the cleaning staff can’t handle it properly, which is understandable. Overall the room feels a bit dated and could use a small makeover with fresh wall paint.
