The bathroom was clean, the room was fairly cozy, and the location was central in Rome. The heating was stuck at 28 °C, the thermostat would turn on and off by itself, and the room was so hot that we had to keep the window open to hear all the Roman traffic. The TV remote was broken—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t, and the TV would turn on and off on its own. The hotel’s address was not the one listed on Booking; they sent us a message with a different location.

The location was very convenient and everything was close by. The place was very welcoming and exceptionally clean.

We were told the hotel had been moved and we ended up walking 21 minutes to a new place just an hour before we were supposed to arrive, with no real reason other than the manager’s decision. When we protested, they said “you’re still in the city centre,” which didn’t help. The rooms didn’t match the photos, the bathrooms were filthy, the air‑con was broken and stuck at 26 °C, and we got locked out when the key‑card failed because reception wasn’t open 24/7. After four hours we asked to leave and got a refund, but the whole thing was a nightmare from start to finish. Don’t book here.

I never got into the hotel; I was told they had moved and that the address on the booking was wrong. When I got to the new address, the doors were closed and I was left on the street for over an hour before someone finally called back and sent me to a third location. The whole ordeal was disastrous.

The room was very comfortable and the location was fantastic for getting to all the best parts of Rome.
